Daugherty Skyharbor is the newest and most modern aviation development at the Long Beach Airport. The buildings are clear-span structures that will accommodate almost any type of general aviation aircraft. The hangar bay sizes can be configured at up to 110 feet deep by 220 feet wide, accessed by doors of 100 feet wide by 27 feet clear.

Located on Parcel J of the Long Beach Airport, Daugherty Skyharbor is on the southwest corner of the airport with Spring Street to the south and the 405 freeway to the west. The parcel has almost one half mile of frontage along the airport taxiway to the north and Spring Street to the south. It has easy freeway access from the 405 freeway in all directions and is located in the center of Long Beach.

State of the Art:

The project has a high-bandwidth fiber capacity to meet any tenant need. The electrical and mechanical systems are the most efficient energy-saving models available today. The glazing is duel glazed for both sound and insulating efficiency. The roof is long-life metal roof panels that should not need maintenance during the initial forty-year lease term. The large aviation doors on the new development will be a translucent, non-tearing fabric that - along with numerous skylights - will eliminate the need for artificial light in the hangars during daylight hours.

Additional Amenities:

A new 6,200 square-foot restaurant will overlook the airport from the third floor of the facility.

The restaurant, owned and operated by one of the premiere chefs in Southern California, Stefano Colaiacomo, will feature a theme designed around the very first aviation pioneer: Leonardo daVinci. Stefano's daVinci Ristorante will offer gourmet Italian cuisine in a truly unique and elegant setting.
